How to choose the sausage loops

Sausage loops are intended for hanging of sausage loafs and meat gourmet specialties on racks for following processing in heat/smoke chambers. 


In meat processing industry following types of sausage loops are used: 

- single piece loops for manual and semi-automatic clippers 

- loops on tape in reels for semi-automatic and automatic clippers


Sausage loops are made of specially twisted synthetic cord, this way of twisting helps loop to keep its form very well. Loop doesn’t twist over at the bottom. Knot that was formed by the loop has an ability to tighten accordingly to increasing of product weight. 


Sausage loops 19-100, 20/100, 21/100, 25/100 are used with great wall clips.
